2007: 50% of the company shares were acquired by Hanwha Group, a South Korean financial and industrial conglomerate.

2013: The company was sold entirely and renamed Freedom Finance (FRHC, NasdaqCM).
2015: Seven Rivers Capital was reestablished in the UAE.
2015 - 2019: Operated as a provider of consulting and investment services.
